Scott is also the former CEO of the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers (22 years); past chair of Vineland Research and Innovation Centre; and is the board chair of the Canadian Agri-Food Policy Institute (CAPI). This presentation is designed to inform producers and processers of the significant adjustments being developed and implemented by key retailers in response to the dramatic shift in consumption patterns in the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic.
